Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the kiss9 platform, including the website, gaming services, bonuses, and all related features. This Agreement is effective between kiss9 ("Company", "we", "platform") and the individual who registers or uses this platform ("Member", "you").

By clicking the registration button, accessing the platform, or using any kiss9 service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to comply with all terms in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy which form part of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use the kiss9 platform. Continued use after any amendment to the terms means you accept the latest version of this Agreement.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register as a kiss9 member, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online gambling.
• Register only one (1) account per individual — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration.

kiss9 reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm a member's identity, age, and payment information. Documents that may be requested include a MyKad or passport, bank statement, or proof of current address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

Account and Member Responsibilities

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. These responsibilities include:

• Keeping passwords and login details confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no third party uses your account, including family members or friends.
• Notifying the kiss9 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised activity on your account.
• Updating your personal information (especially your mobile number and email) if there are any changes.
• Ensuring your account balance is only used for legitimate gaming purposes on the kiss9 platform.

kiss9 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by a member's negligence in maintaining account security.

Deposits and Payment Methods

kiss9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), except for cryptocurrency which is converted at the current rate.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per payment method.
• Successful deposits will be credited to the member's account shortly after transaction confirmation is received.
• Members are responsible for ensuring deposits are made using an account or e-wallet registered in their own name.
• Deposits from third parties or unverifiable sources are not accepted.

kiss9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits, however payment providers may impose their own charges. Please check with your provider beforehand. All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to the account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• The standard processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, in the name of the same member.
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Identity verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

kiss9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. Any withdrawal suspected of involving suspicious activity will be referred to our security team for further investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

kiss9 offers various promotions to members, including a welcome bonus for the first deposit. The following terms apply:

• Welcome Bonus: A first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
  • Example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering required: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per member, per household, and per IP address.
• kiss9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempts to abuse promotions — including through multiple accounts or hedging bets — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account terminated.

Other promotions such as weekly VIP cashback, referral bonuses, and special promotions will be announced separately and have their own specific terms.

Game Rules

All games offered on the kiss9 platform — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, sports betting, and others — are subject to specific rules that may vary by game type and provider.

• The results of all games are final once completed and cannot be disputed on technical grounds that are outside kiss9's control.
• Should a technical disruption occur during a game, kiss9 will investigate server records and make a decision based on valid data.
• The use of automated software (bots), exploiting software errors, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account freezing.
• Sports betting is subject to odds rules and result verification as set by the relevant sports provider.

kiss9 does not guarantee winnings in any game. All games carry financial risk and members are encouraged to play responsibly.

Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiss9 platform and may result in immediate account termination, freezing of funds, and legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts or using false identities.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform's systems.
• Sharing login credentials with others or selling accounts.
• Using a VPN or proxy to hide your actual location for the purpose of abusing promotions.
• Betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms (bonus hunting / bonus abuse).
• Spreading false or defamatory information about kiss9 to others.

Account Termination and Suspension

kiss9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• A voluntary request from the member (account closure by personal choice).
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with current platform policy.
• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance in the account will be forfeited. Valid deposit funds (not derived from bonuses) will be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to compliance requirements. Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact our 24/7 support team.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, kiss9 is not responsible for:

• Any financial losses incurred by members as a result of participating in games on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues from third-party providers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Failure to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

kiss9 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy of game information, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the platform, bonuses, game outcomes, or financial transactions, members must follow the procedure below:

• Contact the kiss9 customer support team via live chat or email within 30 days of the date of the incident.
• Submit all relevant evidence including screenshots, transaction numbers, and detailed descriptions.
• Our team will investigate and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
• kiss9's final decision in all game disputes is based on server records and is considered binding.

Amendments to These Terms
